Stand Capabilities
Penetrators
DN150 — 3 pcs, DN100 — 4 pcs, DN40 — 14 pcs.
Maximum Pressure
Depth simulation down to 450 m at working pressures up to 4.5 MPa.
Test Monitoring
Process parameters are logged in real time by the chamber’s own control system, without operator involvement.
Specimen Dimensions
Up to 2200 mm high and up to 1 m in diameter.
Energised Testing
Hyperbaric trials can be run with the equipment energised at up to 2800 V.
The hyperbaric test chamber is designed for hyperbaric testing of equipment and for a comprehensive assessment of its serviceability, structural strength and resistance to elevated pressure. The stand reproduces operating conditions down to 450 m and runs trials in a controlled environment, logging the principal process parameters in real time.
The chamber is used to test equipment under elevated pressure, to verify the serviceability of technical systems and products at pressures up to 4.5 MPa, and to simulate subsea operating conditions at a given depth.
Chamber design
Sealed penetrators
To connect the specimen and external measuring systems, the test chamber is fitted with sealed penetrators:
- DN150 — 3 pcs
- DN100 — 4 pcs
- DN40 — 14 pcs
The penetrator design holds its seal at working pressures, prevents leaks and keeps the specified hyperbaric test conditions stable.
Test monitoring and logging
All principal process parameters can be logged automatically and in real time by the chamber’s own control system. This keeps the test under control throughout the cycle, records pressure changes and other monitored values, and yields objective data for subsequent analysis of the results.
